This program will focus on the major catfish production topics that are crucial to maintaining a profitable enterprise. Topics will include Stocking strategies, Aeration, Feeds and Feeding, Water Quality, Disease Management and Biosecurity, Managing Off-Flavor, Harvesting and Grading, Hybrid Catfish, and New Production Systems.
